Bonjour à tous ! biggrin.gif
Voilà, comme beaucoup je ne suis pas experte et là j'ai un gros problème (enfin pour moi tout du moins).
J'ai un spyware, Winfixer2005, dont je n'arrive pas à me débarrasser. J'ai AVG Free comme antivirus, Kério comme firewall et j'ai également Ad Aware et yahoo Anti-Spy. Tous detectent le problème sans arriver à l'éradiquer puisque le programme se réinstalle à chaque démarrage, j'ai même tenté de supprimer manuellement toute trace du programme dans mon disque dur sans succès . Au départ ça se limitait à des fenêtres pop-up, depuis peu le programme s'installe sans autorisation, ce qui crée de gros bugs sur mon pc.
En parcourant un peu le forum j'ai tenté d'appliquer quelques solutions proposées, nottamment en téléchargeant Spybot qui comme les autres anti-spy le detecte, dit l'éradiquer mais sans que rien y fasse.
Quelqu'un aurait une solution définitive à ce problème pitiéééééééééé c'est mon dernier recours avant formatage :cry:

Bonjour.

Winfixer peut se présenter sous différentes formes, la première chose à faire est de voir s'il n'est pas installé.

Panneau de configuration -> ajout/suppressions de programmes :

Vois-tu une entrée winfixer ? -> si oui désinstalle.

-Télécharge HijackThis: (lien sur l'image).
-Crée un dossier nommé HijackThis et place le dedans.
-Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
-Copie et colle ici ton rapport ouvert avec le bloc note. Sans rien faire d'autre.

c'est un outil de diagnostique, a ne pas confonfondre avec un anti-spyware ou tout autre antivirus.

En effet winfixer se limitait il ya quelques temps à des fenêtres pop up; depuis peu le programme se réinstalle à chaque démarrage. J'ai suivi tes instructions gchris, voilà le rapport :

Télécharge ce fichier : winfixer
Dézippe-le sur ton bureau.
Dans le dossier, double-clic sur winfixer.reg et accepte la fusion à ton registre.

Redémarre ton pc.

Message d'erreur de l'éditeur du Registre à la dernière étape sad.gif :
Impossible d'importer C:Documents and SettingsdoodaBureauwinfixer.reg: Le fichier spécifié n'est pas un script du Registre. Vous pouvez uniquement importer des fichiers du Registre binaires à partir de l'éditeur du Registre.

Winfixer ne s'est pas réinstallé cette fois-ci au démarrage mais les fenêtres pop-up continuent et toujours autant de bug sur explorer...

Se sont des fenêtres publicitaires iexplorer, avec une fausse fenêtre de message d'erreur ou d'information windows au préalable quelques fois qui s'ouvrent, comme au départ, mais le programme ne s'installe plus. Et j'ai toujours d'énormes bugs sur explorer et sur mon pc en général.

Tues (desactiver) le service d'affichage des messages : panneau de configuration/outils d'administration/services
Quand la fenêtre s'ouvre il y a service d'afichage des messages (vers le haut)
Clic droit dessus/propriétés
Dans type de démarrage choisis manuel et clique sur arrêter
Fais appliquer et redémarre
Shoot the Messenger automatise cette tache : http://www.grc.com/files/ShootTheMessenger.exe

Désolé de ne pas t'avoir remercié plus tôt mais je me suis absentée. Le problème du logiciel winfixer est rêglé, merci, mais j'ai toujours comme LN des pops up de winfixer et autres sites... Je vais refaire un scan via spybot et Ad Aware, esperons que ça rêglera le problème des bugs sur iexplorer si le problème vient bien de là

Ok, on va juste vérifier une dernière chose.

Télécharge l2mfix
Mets-le sur ton bureau.
Double-clique sur l2mfix.
Dans le dossier extrait, double-clique l2mfix.bat et choisis l'option 1 (et entrée).
Attend qu'il termine et copie/colle le rapport généré.

Nb : surtout, ne pas choisir l'option 2 ni aucuns autres fichiers de l2mfix.
